Lisa Bakamis at HOME opened its doors to the public on June 25, 2016. Her shop is a vibrant and unique collection of everything principal designer, Lisa Bakamis, loves about the industry. It is a true depiction of her eclectic aesthetic, and showcases her obsession with blending a variety of styles in a way that creates a surprising and cohesive look.
While this boutique shop sits in a tiny 500 square foot space, it is busting at the seams with intriguing objects, fabulous pillows with bold colors and patterns, interesting case pieces and upholstered goods, and spectacular artwork, featuring a variety of Bay Area local artists and galleries, such as Lost Art Salon, Simon Breitbard Fine Arts, Ian Ross Art, and Zener Schon Contemporary Arts. Additionally, she has partnered with Krimsa Fine Rugs, of San Francisco, to provide a stunning collection of luxurious area rugs and decorative pillows.
Lisa's dream and vision for her boutique shop was to not only create an inspiring space for shoppers to peruse, but also an inspiring setting for herself and her design team to work out of. The shop is divided into (3) sections--with the front 300 square feet devoted to the retail shop, the middle 200 square feet devoted to retail & the office for the interior design team (Lisa Bakamis Interior Design), and the back 300 square foot space is devoted to the design library--where all the magic happens!
Shop/Design Studio Hours: Monday and Tuesday by appointment; Wednesday through Friday: 11:30am - 5:30pm. Closed on Sundays & Mondays.
